Hi Ivory, to set up a ProAdvisor profile, you must sign up and create a QuickBooks Online Accountant firm. This firm access allows you to review client books, edit transactions, and resolve issues. Additionally, membership makes you eligible for ProAdvisor Program benefits, training, and certification.
