I cant find the spot in the "Filling" section that says "Annual Forms" when I go to print off my W-2's. What should I do?

Happy to have you here in the Community, @mark-treetoptree. Let me help you with your concern regarding the W-2 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Print your annual tax forms to ensure that each employee has a copy. You may need to print it if you manually filed it with the IRS/SSA, or if you sent paper W-2 copies to your employees.

If you have an automate taxes and forms on. Then, your employees will receive an email with their W-2 forms. You also have the option to print it out by following the steps below:

1. From the left navigation pane, select Taxes menu, then click Payroll Tax tab.
2. Select Filings, then select Annual Forms.
3. From the Annual Forms page, you can select to print both employer and employee copies of your W-2s and W-3. 

•  Employer Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies A & D)
• Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements (W-3)
• Employee Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies B, C & 2)

       4. Under Actions column, you can click the Preview button to open Adobe Reader in a new

           window.

       5. Select print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then, select Print again.

If you don’t have the option on your end, I suggest you perform some basic browser troubleshooting steps.

This helps isolate the issue, as a stored cache on the computer can cause unexpected behavior while using the application. You can refer to this link to do so.
