Just to confirm, are you referring to the PDF file? If so, may I know you're getting any error messages when opening the attachments? Any additional information will be much appreciated.

When I opened the email the attachment PDF was inactive and not able to open. But When I open the same email from my Samsung galaxy note it was able to open.
There is no error message received but seen inactive and cant open the PDF.
