Let me share a few information about our support team, lenw1.

I know how you want to easily contact our support team so you'll be able to resolve your issue. They may be receiving a high volume of calls as of this moment that's why they're unable to get back to you. You'll want to call them again to make sure you'll get in touch with one of our representatives and check for the updates. To do this, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

For any general queries that don't require pulling up your account, you can always post right here in the Community. In addition, I've included this link so you can check out our support hours: Contact QuickBooks Products And Service Support

Let me know if you have any questions about QuickBooks. I'm always here to help you.

No. I used the bot and that is how I received the case numbers. No called. No answer whether a case number carries forward to stay in a queue.

Hi there, lenw1.

Let me guide you on how to contact our Support Team in QuickBooks Online.

Before that, may I know, what specific help do you need? I'd appreciate it if you can give us few details of your issue. This way, we can share relevant information or specific troubleshooting steps to address your concern.

To contact them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Click the Search tab, then Contact Us.
  4. Enter a keyword of your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect:

  • Chat - start a chat with a live support.
  • Callback - get a priority callback from the next available support.

I have two outstanding case numbers. After 24 hours, with no phone call, what can I do?

I need someone to access quick books to correct an error on a paycheck for a non-cash item.  It is subject to taxes. I will now need to send a corrected w-2. A second issue concerns bank reconciliation. It shows I am over 12,00,000 off. It may be due to a bank that no longer can communicate with my BOA, our home bank. Or it may be due to a change quick books made in how JE's are handled. I have no clue and I cannot proceed to do further bank reconciliation until the discrepancy is cleared. This happened in October

The solution I have followed is that recommended by the community. I receive a case number but do not receive a callback. I started at 10:10 this morning and received the case number.

Hi there, @lenw1.

Let me route you to the right support so we can fix the error in your paychecks.

I can see that you've already reached out to our phone agents. Since a case number was already created during your last interaction, I'd recommend contacting them again. That way, they can check your last conversation and provide you with further help.

Simply follow the steps provided above to connect with our Payroll Supports.

You can also check out our support hours to ensure that we address your concerns on time.

Also, our Help articles might have something that can help you with your QuickBooks concerns, too. Just make sure that the topic is set as "QuickBooks Online" to browse for related post.

The Community always has your back, so please let me know if you have any other questions. I'll be more than happy to help. Keep safe.
