I'm hearing some sort of radio broadcast both when using the Quickbooks Online App and when I login on the webpage. Did something get hacked?
Me to, its very strange.
If you’re using the mobile app, we can try some basic troubleshooting to isolate the problem. Sometimes, clearing the app’s cache helps in fixing any sorts of errors in the system. Here’s how to do that.
IOS:
1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
2. Select the Reset App Data option on the drop-down selection.
Android:
Once done, try to log in to your QBO mobile app. If you’re still having the same issue, I’d suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh the system.
If you’re using the Windows app, you'll have to try it in an incognito browser and verify if you're still hearing those voices from webinars. If you haven't heard any voices, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.

An alternative way is to use another supported browser in QuickBooks.

This sound is happening on the app and on the web. I even tried a different computer, a chromebook and the same thing happened. I tried clearing my cache and data on my original computer and it did not help. i was told that they were contacting the "back end" to further research this issue.
