1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

2. Hit Help (?) in the top right corner of the screen. 

 

 

3. Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the screen. 

 

 

4. Choose Get a Callback from the list.

If you're unable to log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you can use our QBO Test Drive. This is a sample company demo, so you don't need to enter any credentials to access it.

 

Once opened, you can now follow the steps shared by my colleague above to contact our Phone Support team.
