Hello there, @accounting54.
Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help add an expiration date field for your subscribers/customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're referring to adding the field on the invoice template, you can customize/add the field by editing the template under Custom Form Styles.
After following the steps provided above, you'll be able to add the field when creating invoices.
Let me know if you have any other questions and if you're referring to something else, I'm always here to help you. Wishing you continued success!
This answer helps me as well but calculating the actual date is the problem since members can pay for 1, 2, or 3 years. I guess I can manually update that field when recording payments.
id also like to print it out on LABELS!
Welcome to the Community space, @Kmorrisnc.
Yes, you're correct. You can manually update the custom fields once you record payments for your customers. Also, you can create your invoice or estimate template and import it in QuickBooks. This feature enhanced flexibility to your sales forms to highlight your brand.
Please refer to this article for detailed steps: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. It also contains the EZ Map Catalog to perfect your custom form and other frequently asked questions about importing form styles in QuickBooks Online.
However, if you're trying to print the mailing labels of your customer, you can pull up the Customer Contact List report and filter it by the customer's name and address. This way, you will have a copy of their information. Here's how:
For more details on how to quickly create a mailing list using the Customer Contact List report, you can refer to this article: How to create a mailing list using the Contact List report.
Also, if you're interested in exporting this report, you can click the Excel drop-down arrow and select Export to Excel.
I've added this article for your future task about tracking your business financials: Run reports in QuickBooks Online. This includes sub-articles such as customizing and memorizing reports.
Do you have any other questions in mind? Feel free to leave them below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
How to get email notification after service is expired.?
How to get email notification after service is expired..?
It's good to see you here in the Community, @SapnaK.
Let's take a look at a couple of scenarios with your concern about getting an email notification for expired service.
Are you referring to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription? If so, you'll get an email notification if your subscription is already expired.
However, if you're trying to get an email notification of the expired service for your subscriber's invoice, this option isn't available. As a workaround, you'll want to open each invoice to verify if their subscription is already expired.
Please don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you're referring to something else or if you have any other questions. Have a good day.
