Quickbooks has quit working, and I can not uninstall it or get it to do anything. Help.

I'll help you uninstalling the app from your computer or mobile phone.
Before we start, can you share with me the error you're getting when opening or using the QuickBooks app? Any additional information would be much appreciated.
I'd also want to inform you that QuickBooks Online Windows and Mac desktop apps are no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. Therefore, downloading the program, receiving customer support or software updates and bug fixes will be unavailable.
This won't affect your QBO account and you can still sign in through the app or browser.
If you're using a QBO mobile app and wish to uninstall the program, you can perform a Forced Stop/Quit on iOS or Android. Simply long-press the Home button and swipe an app's preview card upward on iOS or to the right on Android to force quit.
Once done, you can now download the app again on Google Play Store or App Store.
