I need to know how to print 1099s. When I go to the 1099 option, I can print a summary, but can download the 1099's

QBO provides a seamless process for creating and filing 1099s, allowing users to prepare and print these forms efficiently. The steps to print 1099s in QBO depend on whether you have e-filed or not. Here's how:

1. Go to Taxes.
2. select 1099 filings.
3. Select View 1099 to view a PDF copy.

If you don't have the option to select either of these tabs, I would recommend preparing the form using a private window to isolate the issue. This browser prevents any virus infections that can cause unexpected behavior when using QuickBooks.

To begin, please open an incognito window on your QBO account. Depending on your browser type, you may refer to the keyboard shortcuts provided below:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: Command + Shift + N

When this works, you may proceed to clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. I recommend using another supported browser or device if you still encounter the same error.

How do I print employer copy of 1099?  It downloads each copy one by one - I want to save file with ALL 1099s (not one by one).  Thank you.
