I need to connect quickbooks to my checking account. I did it before but its not transferring

Let's work together and get this problem handled. To narrow down the issue, is your checking account still connected, or is it disconnect from QuickBooks? If it's still connected, are you receiving any error messages? Here's an article that can help you: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download

 

If not, then I suggest connecting your checking account again. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions tab. 
  2. Select the Banking section. 
  3. Pick Connect AccountAdd account, or Link account
  4. Type in the bank name or URL in the search bar. 
  5. Press Continue and then enter your username and password for your bank's website. 
  6. Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions to connect your checking account.

we have a withdrawl from our checking account for online payroll, we do not offer online payroll and I'd like to stop this fraudulent charge and get our money back

It would be best to contact our support team to check the charge you're getting. Once our specialist validates the charge, you can request a refund. They are the ones who can help you process and get through with it. Let's follow the steps below to contact them:

 

  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern. Refund/Charge
  3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
  4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.
