INTUIT FINANCIN Loan or Quickbook Capital Loan.

Hi @intuitHelp:

Where can I get a statement for a INTUIT FINANCIN Loan or Quickbook Capital Loan.  I’ve look in the client’s QBO setting/Account info, etc.   The client states there is no statement, surely this is not true?

If not statements, where can I at least get a 12/31/21 confirmed balance so I can reconcile the Loan Liability and make sure I’ve recorded interest expense/principal splits?

The bank feeds come in as follows:

Deposit bank feed description: INTUIT FINANCING QBF LOAN

Monthly payments bank feed description: ACH INTUIT FINANCIN PAYMENT

Please don’t send to a HOW TO contact support, I know...  I would think this will be of interest to all with these loans…. AND I don’t want to send that to the client.  I would be happy to provide the client with the specific HOW TOs if they must be the ones reaching out for this information but I really do not see why it isn’t available via QBO?    If it is, my apologies but the client and I have both looked for it. (I see the monthly QB payments statements, the loan activity isn't there(

Thanks for any directions that can lead me (or the client if necessary) on how to get this information!

Hi there, @DKC. I want to make sure you can reconcile your client's loan liability.

You can find QuickBooks Capital loan payment info and documents in the Capital tab. It includes the payment history showing the loan balance and its payments.

Here's how to access them:

  1. Using Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Opera browser, log in to QuickBooks Online using the guarantor’s username and password.
  2. From the left menu, select Capital.
  3. See the balance in the Payment History table.

Additionally, you have the option to view, download, and print the following documents:

  • Loan agreement
  • Paid in full letter

For your reference, check out this article: QBC: Where can I find my QuickBooks Capital loan documents?.

What you list is what I expect.  It is not there in either the Business or Accountant view...  Screenshot of left panel options attached

Thank you for the prompt reply, @DKC. I'm here to provide clarification with the Capital menu in QuickBooks Online ( QBO).

We're still on the process of implementing the Capital menu across all accounts. And we're doing it by batch. That may be why you're not seeing it on your end.

Furthermore, you can check this article for detailed information about finding your QuickBooks Capital loan documents.

Additionally, you can go through these articles if you have any questions about QuickBooks Online: Recommended and Most Viewed Articles.

Please don't hesitate to post a reply in the comment section if you need further assistance or if you have other questions. I'd be happy to lend a helping hand. Take care!

This is not resolved and I have not been provided a Solution, please help.

Wow, 2 QB team responses and a linked article all telling me to find Capital on the left menu, which does NOT exist on the client, I'm working on.

“Furthermore, you can check this article for detailed information about finding your QuickBooks Capital loan documents.” Only works if Capital is listed in the menu!   So the adverb Furthermore is sadly misused

fur·ther·more adverb 1.in addition; besides (used to introduce a fresh consideration in an argument).

SO, I still do not have a solution.  Henceforth, can anyone  @Quickbooks Team offer a Solution that I can accept?

@Kevin_C Sincerely, thanks for helping me not feel nuts by clarifying it is a phased rollout.

Hi Intuit team,

 @Kevin_C

Please escalate to someone who can answer as we're trying to close 2021 YE,

I still need an answer for where I can find a "loan statement" for my clients who have INTUIT FINANCIN Loan or Quickbook Capital Loans.  I need a statement showing the 12/31/21 balance so I can reconcile the principal balance in QBO to a statement and what the interest splits are.

Where can I find this and/or where can I tell our clients to find a statement or payment history w/splits for interest?  We have multiple clients with Intuit loans but no statements.  None of them have CAPITAL listed on the left side, so that hasn't been rolled out to all yet?

Hello there, @DKC.

I want to ensure you'd get the loan statement for your clients.

When accessing QuickBooks Online to find document loans, you'll need to log in using the guarantor’s username and password. However, if you're still unable to find the Capital menu, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check your account and provide additional troubleshooting steps so you'll get the data you need.

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.

For more information about getting QuickBooks Capital loan documents in QBO, see this article: QBC: Where can I find my QuickBooks Capital loan documents?.

If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach back out. Have a great day.
