The form for support for Intuit Online Payroll is not working - how do I get support??????
I'm here to provide another way on how to get support for Intuit Online Payroll (IOP), ZippyNC.
You need to log into your IOP account, then click this link: Contact Us. Enter a brief discussion of your issue, then click Continue. On the How would you like to connect with us? page, click Chat with us.
On the other hand, make sure to check a pop-up blocker when you use the form to contact an expert. It can prevent chat web pages from loading.
Also, QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. You can clear the browser's cache and cookies to refresh website preferences that might be causing issues when using QuickBooks.

I cannot connect with Intuit Full Service Payroll chat. When I select Chat, it connects me to Quick Books and no one can help me.

Kevin I have tried all of those steps at least 4 times today. I've filled out the form, I've selected chat from Intuit Payroll. Every time I am told that I have the wrong department. Here is one of the chats from today.
