Is anyone else having problems with adding a Bill or Expense - for some reason they are freezing and not loading - tried on 2 seperate devices and its the same on both

I appreciate the steps you've done to isolate why the Bill or Expense pages are unresponsive.

 

Let's run another troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Create a transaction on a private window. This type of window doesn't store caches which helps the browser load faster. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari: Shift N

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled browser history can be the reason for some issues on the page. You may also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

I've been having this same issue. Try to open an invoice and it won't load. If I log out then log back in, I can do it, but only once. If I close that invoice and try to open another, it won't do it. Have to log out and log in again. Frustrating.

Logging out and logging in again causes a lot of work and is inconvenient on your part. I would feel the same about the case and find out how to resolve the problem.

 

I recommend following the recommendation of my colleague above to perform basic browser troubleshooting. It helps isolate the issue going on with viewing invoices.

Thanks for this, I have already cleared the caches etc numerous times, I've also tried it on Microsoft Edge and it is doing the same thing and I have also tried it on my laptop and again is doing the same thing.  I have just gone incognito and your right it does work absolutley fine when I do that.  But I have then come back to normal and cleared caches again and gone back in to QB and it is still doing it..... any other advice please?
