Yes, there are QuickBooks experts for live chat available on Saturday. If you're using Plus, Essentials, Simple Start, our Support Team are open from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For QuickBooks Advanced, our Support Team is open at any time. If you already want to contact our Support Team, I'd suggest going to the Help icon to see different ways to get in touch with them. Before I route you to them, please know I'm always around to help with any QuickBooks issues you may be having.
Here's how:
1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

Aside from our phone/chat support, the Community, also have a trained support specialist that can answer QuickBooks-related questions. That said, may I know what are you trying to achieve? I'd appreciate any additional details that you can provide and I'd be happy to find a solution for it.
Also, the support for QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, Simple Start M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. 12:14 EST would be 9:14 PST. Our support is available during this time. However, we're experiencing high volume of calls. I suggest calling us back at a later time.
