I am experiencing the same issue. I've tried contacting support multiple ways to no avail. See screenshots below:

I'd still suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to perform any payroll corrections in the system whenever necessary on your behalf so you can reach a point of resolution as quickly as possible.
