To access your previously e-filed 1099s in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can follow the steps below:
On the other hand, form 1096 isn't available. To get a copy of this form, follow the steps in this article: Print your 1099 and 1096 forms.
If you don't see your previously filed 1099 and 1096 forms, we recommend contacting Payroll Support to get a copy and print it out.

Thanks but I meant if I do NOT E-file with Quickbooks. I do them myself and print out from QB.

Since you manually filed your forms, the 1099 and 1096 from previous years are unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, we can still retrieve the information from our system by generating the 1099 Transaction Detail Report. It displays the data of each check paid to vendors or contractors with additional filters to set the date period.

To obtain your previously filed 1099 and 1096 forms, I recommend reaching out to the IRS. They have the necessary tools to provide copies of the filed forms upon request.

Thanks. That much I figured out. I was actually hoping to be able to print out those summary reports that are created at the time. The new reports are better than nothing but if changes have been made to any vendors in the meantime it will pull up new information.
