Click on Sales in the left column, click on Sales Receipts, and instead of looking at a list of Sales Receipts, you get to see an advertisement for Seamlessly Connect Your Sales Channels. Can't move out of that.

In the meantime, please know that the pop-up advertisements are designed to suggest and guide you on how to optimize your experience with QuickBooks. To remove those ads, you can manually close them by selecting the X sign or the No thanks button. Doing so will prevent the ads from appearing again.

If you see a dialog or pop-up advertisement on your end, you can hover your mouse over the pointer on the dialog or pop-up to see the X, Close, or Hide button.
But regarding your original concern, the Sales Receipt tab isn't available in QuickBooks Online, only the Sales Order tab. Additionally, the "Seamlessly connect your sales channels" feature is a user interface that links third-party sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
