The sales receipt on the invoice form for a nonprofit can be changed from sales to donation. How can the "bill to" label just above the address be changed to "Donor's Address"? A donation receipt should have the donor's address, not a vendor's address. Thanks.

Currently, the Bill To label cannot be changed within QuickBooks Online. However, we have an alternative which is to import a customized template.
With this, you should be able to set your own labels on the fields you want to display for your customers. Before that, you'll need to turn on the import feature:
Then, you can start importing your customized template. You can browse this link to see the detailed steps to do it: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.

Thanks for the response, though this is for invoices, not receipts. Please send this to the development team as an enhancement (certainly needed in nonprofits). I did notice my question by another user about 4 years ago. Appreciate your help.
