I've been dealing with customer support technicians for DAYSSSSSS so the last phone call I wasn't paying too much attention to what he was doing remotely as, for the most part, they have all been doing the exact same thing. However, this tech opened a file "somewhere" on my machine or what appeared to be that he may have entered a command prompt as immediately doing so triggered a string of lines items all having tech lingo and something on lines of...

I'm trying to relocate or reactivate this command to see current status but can't seem to figure out what or where?
