I see that your payroll account has been active for over 60 days, whereas you recently subscribed to the QBO Plus subscription. Your Plus subscription is associated with the same QuickBooks Online company where your payroll service is. It is not based on the subscription but rather on the QuickBooks Online company itself. Because of that, the data transfer is not taking place because the account has exceeded the 60-day limit.

Before proceeding with any migration method, it's important to back up your data in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac to ensure you have a copy of your information in case anything goes wrong during the migration process.

To get your data moved over with the regular data transfer process, you can cancel the Plus subscription that you activated within your QuickBooks Online Payroll account. Here's how:

1. Log in to your Payroll account. 
2. Go to the Gear icon and pick Subscription and Billing under Profile to cancel your Plus subscription.
   
3.  After you cancel the Subscription, you can create a new one, and this will assign a different Company ID. 
4. Go to this link and choose Plus. Make sure to create an account with the same login credentials.

If I'm understanding correctly, I would then have a new company, with my data migrated, but still have the old account with the Payroll subscription. Is is possible to move all the payroll subscription data over to the new account, or do I have to start over with a new Payroll subscription on the new account?
