I have this set to autobackup while in multiuser mode, and the backup seems to get completed fine.
I also ran a manual and it ran fine. I have not attempted to restore any of these files, as it has not been necessary. Just need to know if these backups are completed correctly, as I did not switch to single user mode.

Hi there, @rltidd27.
You can use either Multi-user or Single-user mode in creating data back-up in your account because both of these modes have a task or feature to completely back up the file. For more information, you may visit this article: Features available and tasks you can perform in single or multi-user mode.
Also, you have an option to adjust user roles in QuickBooks Desktop by going to the Company tab, then select Users and Roles, and click the Edit button to review or change the access level. For the detailed guide, please visit this article: Create and manage roles.
I'll share the article about how to fix Error H202 and H505 as a future reference.

Thanks for the info!
All I could find was that QB had to be put into single user mode for backup.
Have a GREAT day!
