Thank you for bringing this to our attention, contact-thestory.

Numerous users have reported they're unable to see the alert message or Void forms button. This unusual behavior has already been reported to our engineers. They're all hands on deck working to get this feature functioning back to normal so affected users can process a correction for 1099s.

We advise all impacted customers to contact our Payroll Support Team. Our specialists will add your name to receive email correspondence. This is to ensure you're in the loop on the progress of the investigation.

Here's how to get the contact details:

  2. In the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
  3. Click the Get help from a human link to see more options.
  4. In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat for real-time support and Callback to speak with an agent.
