My bank account balance is incorrect, and I see the reason why; when I receive an Owner Pay withdrawal it is adding it to my bank account as a deposit. How can I take the owner pay withdrawal and NOT have it deposit to my bank account?

I'll share some information and steps about your concern.

QuickBooks automatically downloads the transactions available from your bank. This means that the data that were added in the Bank Feeds is dependent on what your bank has shared with us, and how your transaction were posted on your bank’s website. 

If you want to remove the transaction, you have the option to ignore it. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Banking > Bank Feeds > Bank Feed Center.
2. Select the bank where the deposit was posted.
3. Click the Transaction List button.
4. Put a check mark on the deposit, and under the Action column, click the Select drop-down menu.
5. Choose Ignore.
