My business Discover Card no longer links to QBO. I get an error "no eligible accounts". But I can link my personal card. This stopped working in August. Any ideas?

When is Quickbooks going to resolve this!?  I understand the engineers are looking into this issue... but they have been looking into this for months now!  How are we supposed to keep accurate records for our business if we can't download the transactions?

Quickbooks - can you please provide us an update IF this will ever get resolved?  I am slowly running out of patience here.  If you can be honest and say you will not get this resolved, I will need to switch to another platform.

Please provide an update on when you think this will be fixed.

Has there been an update on this yet?  This is getting out of hand.  If this does not get resolved in the next few weeks, I have no choice but to leave quickbooks.

i think at this point after all this time that users just need to decide to drop Discover or drop Quicken and move to another product. After *many* hours with customer care and several escalations , it seems that is only option. btw: there l ls no refund or other direct options for those paying thru apple subscriptions, other than launching s complaint with apple

Just received this email today from Quickbooks (see below), so I reached out to Discover Card Customer Service.  I was sent to their technical support team, who informed me they have ZERO CONTROL of this issue on their end.  They said as long as I can log in to my Discover Card Account (which I can do), then this issue is completely on quickbooks side.

Quickbooks - when is this going to get fixed!?
