Join nowI've created a Time by Job Detail report, filtered it by a particular Customer:Job and memorized it.
When I close the report and rerun it from the Memorized Reports list, the filter I'd previously set is missing. All time entries from all jobs are displayed, as though I'd run the report for the first time via the Reports\Jobs, Time & Mileage submenu.

This appears to be a bug. Can someone confirm whether they're getting the same results?

I appreciate you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed in fixing your memorized report, Jeff
I can share with you some steps on how to get around this issue. Let’s ensure the software run smoothly, you’ll want to download the latest release of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). This way, we can guarantee the software is packed with the newest features and fixes.
If this is not the case, I recommend running our QuickBooks Tool Hub to isolate this. This tool scans your company file for issues and fixes them right away. Let me show you how.
You can also check this article for more details and additional troubleshooting steps: Fix company file and network issues with QuickBooks File Doctor.
Let me also add this link that you can use for reference in case you need to export your report in the future: Export reports as Excel workbooks in QuickBooks Desktop.
I’ll be around to help you if you need further assistance managing your reports or with your QuickBooks. It’s always my pleasure to assist and ensure you’re in working order. Have a good one and stay safe.
Thank you for the additional advice, but neither of the tools worked. Quick Fix didn't make a difference, nor did File Doctor. In fact, File Doctor reported that it didn't find any issues.
Exporting to Excel and filtering there isn't an option. This task must be accomplished entirely within QuickBooks.
I'm running 2018 Premier with plans to upgrade to 2021 at some point soon. But it's going to be a while yet, in any case.
Do you have any ideas about what I can try next?
Thanks,
Jeff Bowman

Normally, QuickBooks needs repair if the integrated tools and tool hub didn't resolve the issue you wish to get rid of. Let me show you how.
Additionally, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Know where you stand financially.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments. I'll be here to lend a helping hand.
Suddenly today this is working.
I have no idea why.
