New Computer compatibility Quickbooks 2015

We recently upgraded to a new Dell Computer on10/1/20.  Transferred all data etc. Still using QB2015.

Experiencing some glitches with account balances not showing up accurately in the sidebar.

I frequently must verify and rebuild the data.  It's wasting valuable time.

Also, for many things QB flags me for ss numbers being weird or bank account numbers being incorrect.  When I go to look at them there is often a series of random letters.  It would be incredibly cumbersome to track each thing down and input the correct data. Is there a way to fix/avoid this???

Hello @OfficeManager705,

Let me help share information about how your company data is posted concerning your current version of QuickBooks.

To start with, one of the reasons why you seem to have issues while working with your company data is the version currently you're using. Since it has been discontinued, you're unable to receive and install security updates to keep your data accurate.

That being said, here's an article you can read to learn more about service discontinuation: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.

You're on the right track in using the in-product tools to fix your current situation. You can also read through the content of this article for other tools you can use: Resolving Potential Data Issues.

Additionally, I've also included this helpful article to get a better view of your business's financial status: Learn how to set up and use different reports to get a better understanding of your cash flow.

If you have any other questions, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to help. Stay safe!
