Called and asked for accounts payable manager, said they were from Quickbooks customer service and needed to get an updated credit card for our annual fee renewal since our autopayment was declined with the card we had on file. I politely said thankyou and hung up. It was an 800 number that called in.
Us, too, today - and it wasn't the first time.
