Not receiving any SMS I am located in the philippines

I understand this is new to your end, despite trying different methods. Being able to receive SMS is significant to your workflow. Rest assured that I'm here to provide valuable insights and guide you toward the appropriate support channels to investigate this issue promptly.

 

Upon checking, there is still an ongoing investigation regarding not receiving the verification code through email and phone when trying to log in (INV-92746). The best course of action we can take in the meantime is to reach out again to our Customer Support Team and ask them to add you to the list of affected users. You will receive email updates and get notified once it's resolved.

 

Here's how you can reach them: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option or type a question or topic you need help with. If you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a call back from the next available expert.
