number of activations has been exceeded

We had a computer crash so we replaced the computer and now we get the message " Number of Acitvation has exceeded".  We have a 3 user licence so we know we can only have 3 users on line, so we do not exceed that number.  The new computer gives the # of Activation Exceeded.  I think the number of available activations was 5, we must have exceeded that number with switching computers either through up grades or failing computers that needed to be replaced. 

 

How do we fix that?

The fix to your problem requires a call to support for them to reset your count

I have try calling QB Support and there is no answer, Always get cut off. can you gave a a better support 

phone number.

En nuestra organización pasa lo mismo, estamos cambiando los equipos y queremos pasar quickbooks a las nuevas computadoras y da ese mismo mensaje, como nos pueden ayudar, tenemos dos licencias de 3 usuarios y con las dos pasa lo mismo.
