Payment Receipt messege

For now, the option to modify the autofill section of the email for the payment receipt is unavailable in QuickBooks. Although, you can edit this part before sending the payment receipt to your customer.

I can also help you view your actual payment receipt by following these steps below:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.
2. Click the Filter icon, then select the Type drop-down.
3. Choose Money received and click Apply.
4. Click your payment transaction.
5. Select Print to view your payment receipt.

Is there a way to print out the memo from customer payment screen on the payment receipt?

You'll be happy to know that the Memo field is included when you print out the payment receipt. Just enter a description, then click Print. You'll then see it on the Print preview page. See the attached screenshots below for your visual guidance.
