Payroll Journals, Forms

One of my new clients recently received a request for a random audit by the Department of Labor.  The DOL is requesting copies of his W-2, W3, 940, 941, and State filed forms for 2018, along with payroll journals for 2018.  He uses Intuit online for his payroll processing.  How would I obtain these documents for last year to submit for his audit.  Is there a secured site I can send them through Quickbooks directly to the DOL?

Hi @Kimberly74,

If you're referring to Intuit Full Service Payroll, I suggest you contact our Technical Support team for help on locating your previously filed forms.

The phone number is located in this article: QuickBooks Online Payroll & Intuit Payroll General Services Disclosures. Locate the Intuit Online Payroll section.

On another note, my peer @Charies_M will be updating her post above. The reason for this was your initial post product tagging was for QuickBooks Desktop.

You can refer to this article in the future, in case you'd like to view filed tax forms: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.

Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with by leaving a comment below. I'll get back to you shortly.
