Hi there, @audreyfonseca.
QuickBooks integrates with hundreds of third-party software developers.
While I’m unable to recommend an app, I can route you to the website where you can look for an application specific to your business needs. From there, you can integrate the app to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Additionally, to view a wide range of options, use specific keywords to narrow down the search. You can check the reviews from other customers to help you decide which app suits your business type and needs.

They acquired this app last year. Explore the B2B portal feature for your needs. You don't need upgrading to QBO Plus to integrate with it.

So I'm an electrical contractor and I needed updated material price list I found a company called accupricelists.com they will have documents that you can import into QuickBooks with the top 1200 items electricians use from what I was told they are beta testing auto sync with QuickBooks Online... i hope soon because qb only allow 200 items to import at a time. This website's awesome because I can custom the markup and tax tailored to my business. Supposedly they're going to have drywall Lumber and Plumbing soon.
