Thanks for getting back, mermaidgurl.

I've updated my response on your initial post. Let's select Name radio-button instead of Customer Type. From there, we can select only those customers that were invoiced. Simply put a check beside the customer's name.

I have a workaround, mermaidgurl.

We can pull up the Transaction List by Customer first, then filter it by transaction type. Let's use it as our basis before printing the label since we're unable to customize it. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Reports menu and hover your cursor to Customers & Receivables.
  2. Select Transaction List by Customer. Make sure the Dates is set to 2019.
  3. Click on Customize Report. From the Filters tab, search and select Transaction Type.
  4. Under Transaction Type drop-down, select Invoice. Hit OK.

You can print or export the report into an Excel file. Once done, we can now print the label.

  1. From the File menu, go to Print Forms and select Labels.
  2. Click the Name radio-button.
  3. On the All names drop-down, click the Multiple names. Manually select those customers that were invoiced based on the report.
  4. Select OK then, Print.

These steps will help you print the label with the correct data. I'll be right here if you need more assistance with this.

When I get to the "multiple customer types" it brings up a small list and I dont see a way to select customers that were invoice based on the report.

Allow me to take control and help you with the bad info you're getting from customers information.

I appreciate the screenshot. There might be missing information in the field, that's why you having this bad info on the page. To avoid this, we can field up the lacking information in the field and complete it.
