Welcome aboard to the Community, jimciampimusic-g.
In QBO, you can print multiple copies of the same check. Also, you’ll have to select the Copy option to duplicate a check.
If you wish to change the name, open it and manually enter the right one. I'm here to help ensure you can accomplish these tasks seamlessly.
To duplicate an entry:
- Navigate to the Expenses menu on the left panel to choose the Expenses tab.
- This will take you to the Expenses Transactions page.
- Look for the check you’re working on and hit the drop-down under the Action column to select Copy.
- Next, open the check and enter the name.
To print:
- Open the check and hit the Print check menu located at the bottom of the page.
- Set the check number and hit the Preview and print menu.
- On the Print preview page, check the details of the transaction.
- Once done, choose the Printer icon to open the Print setup screen.
- In the Copies field, set the correct number and then hit Print.
Here’s an article that provides more details about the process: Print a check in QuickBooks Online.
For additional resources, I’m adding a link that will guide you on how to set up the print settings: Configure your print settings for printing checks.
