When setting email to send from Outlook rather than Webmail in QB it sort of works but have two issues. It used to be that when you set QB to send its emails thru Outlook it would open a Outlook compose window and populate it with the attachment and related info in the body. You could then edit or change the info before actually sending it. But whats happening now is when you go to send something from QB it no longer opens a compose windows but rather it just immediately sends it out and the sent message appears in the Sent folder in Outlook which would be ok except...which brings me to my other problems.
It is not sending it out thru the default email account designated in Outlook but rather one the other email accounts set up in there. In the past when doing QB email thru Outlook it would always go via whatever email address was the default email Outlook and since it used to open a compose window you had an option to change the From address to any other account you had in Outlook before sending it but of course I can't even do that since it no longer opens a compose window.
Honestly I'd much rather it always open a Outlook compose window so I could select which account I want to send it on but if it would at least just send out on the the account in Outlook thats set as the default email address I would settle for that. Any ideas?

To clarify, do you have Outlook setup to use Outlook directly or is it setup using webmail? This will help narrow down the root of the problem.

It is set up to use Outlook directly, not the webmail.
