The projects page for me is only displaying correctly on one out of three computers I have. I have tried multiple browsers on each computer and only one computer with Chrome will show the projects page correctly. My home and office computer are identical and both use Chrome but my office CPU (and all other computers other than my home cpu) omits "contractor" expense from the totals which obviously over states my profit on each project ridiculously. I have tried incognito and all the other options I can find online to remove cached items in the browser. My business partner is having the same issue on both his cpu and ipad browser.
On top of that now my HELP ICON doesn't work. I have been dealing with this for months and I am beyond frustrated.
I appreciate you for sharing the steps and troubleshooting you’ve done to resolve this, @jbjohnson2481.

Clearly you didn't read my post thoroughly, both computers use the exact same browser (CHROME) and both browsers are up to date. Also, HELP icon doesn't work..."something went wrong" has been appearing for weeks.
Thanks for getting back to this thread, @jbjohnson2481.
Let me provide you another workaround on how to contact our phone support. This way, they can check your account and trace why your project is displaying incorrectly.
You can use our QuickBooks Online sample account and reach out to our phone agents. Just click this link and follow the contact steps provided above: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage.
Or else, fill out this form to directly start messaging with them: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/QBOP-CHAT/15024/view.
I've also included a screenshot as additional guide.
In addition, you can use the project cost and profitability tools to do your job costing in QuickBooks.
Just tag my name in the comment section if you have any other concerns or questions. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Stay safe.
@ReymondO I need someone to call me. I am tired of spending so much time trying to get customer service from QBO. I use the accountant version and have 11 company books to manage. I dont have time to keep messing with this. I have already spent hours with service and no one ever followed up with me as promised.
