I am having major issues with a conversion from online to 2023 that QB's did for me last week. They sold me on 2023 and now all my data is all screwed up. I have invoice from 2007 that say past due. I have no time to go in and input these things 1 at a time. Any help would be greatly appreviated

When you transfer your paid invoices from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, the payment is automatically unapplied. This case usually happens when converting your data because of the feature and interface differences.
In this case, we need to relink the payment one at a time since doing this by batch is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

I'm totally not ok with this. I'm on online and my reconciliations are off. I was told that 2023 would fix some of the issues. Instead I have 2 versions of 2023 that I can't merge. I want my $1250 back

I can't tell you my frustrations with QB's. They deleted an account that had all my files up to march or 2022 online. If I could move to another platform I would.
