QB Desktop 2022 continuously "program stops working" ever since 2022 install.

Ever since I installed 2022 QB Desktop I consistently have the program stop working when either opening the company or when just in middle of work.  Also it will shut down Google Chrome as well.  Never had an issue with any other version.  Should I uninstall QB 2022 and reinstall? My IT guy says it is a QB issue.

I've also seen a similar concern from other users of version 2022. We've introduced some fixes to help them resolve this behavior, and some came back and some didn't, so I'm going to isolate your case and introduce some steps to resolve this. 

 

If you haven't already, please try the steps in this article: Fix issues when QuickBooks has stopped working. If it's the same thing, please contact our QB Desktop Support to check this further using more tools.

Yes, it's a common issue with the latest release of QB 2022, R5.
