Hello,
We are using QB Desktop Enterprise Solutions: Accountant 24.0.
Suddenly we can no longer open the 'Set Up Users and Roles' option within QB any longer. Here is the situation.
1. Launch QB Desktop
2. Open company file
3. Login as admin
4. Go to Company, Users, Set Up Users and Roles
The window you would expect to open does open very briefly, maybe two seconds, and then immediately disappears. It is not minimized or behind other windows within QB.
We have contact support multiple times with no success in determining what the issues is.
Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions on how to correct the issue?
