Please we have successfully renewed our QBO Advanced Subscription since July 22nd, 2021 but anytime we want to perform a transaction, we receive an error message that our account is inactive.

I can help you with eliminating the error you're having to create your transactions successfully, @TDK Ewusi.
First, try to check the status of your account from your Account and Settings. Refer to the following steps:

Once confirmed that you've renewed the subscription successfully, you can now clear your browser's cache. There are times that the browser you're using has information stored that's stopping or causing the error.
Go to your account by using a private browser or an incognito window, then try to create a transaction. If it works fine, clear the cache in the one that you're currently using.
This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also try to create transactions using other supported browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) if the steps above didn’t work.

Thank @MJoy_D . I have checked for the status of the renewal and it states that the next renewal date is 22nd July 2022. However, I have cleared all the cache and cookies and even used a new machine as suggested but the problem still persists. Are we not doing something right?

If the none of the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague MaryJoyD worked, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and can investigate more of what's causing this inactive error when creating transactions.
