QBOA

I am helping my daughter set up QBO for her law practice. I have accounting skills and would like to have the features included in QBOA. Do I have to purchase a subscription to QBOA since I'm not an accountant with multiple clients? Or are can the features be accessed as part of the QBO subscription?

QBOA

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community.

QBOA accounts are completely free and are a great option for bookkeepers and accountants. QBO alone does not include the accountant toolbox features, you would need to setup a QBOA account and have your daughter invite you to her normal account. After you've accepted the invite, you can login to QBOA and access your daughter's QBO account and use the accountant toolbox features.

Hope this helps!
