QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 20.0

Hi ,

While accessing the QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 20.0 company files we are facing an issue. PFA screenshot for the reference. The attached screenshot popup is occurring while was prompted to update each of the files, which I did. I don’t know what e-mail address i want to use for setting up an Intuit account for the companies that give me this prompt.

Any inputs are really appreciated.

Thanks,

Sateesh

Hi there, satC. Thanks for getting in touch with the Community.

The screenshot you were attaching didn't come through in your post. If you wouldn't mind reposting it, that'd help me to be able to see what you're seeing and what options are available.

In the event the message you're receiving is telling you to create an Intuit account and requesting an email address you'd like to associate with it, you'll want to determine which email would be best for the business to use and enter the requested information to proceed with the process.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with Intuit accounts which may come in handy moving forward: Intuit accounts – Why now?

I'll be looking forward to hearing back from you. Have a great day!

How can we help you know what email address to use?

You are trying to restore a backup file, correct? Use your own Intuit ID as Admin to proceed.

Hi,

Thank You for your reply.

Iam trying to access the company file, at that moment this popup is occurring. And I'm not the admin for this QB software.

Thanks,

Sateesh

@satC

Have you tried using your own Intuit ID credential to access as Admin on the pop-up window? This has nothing to do with software license, unless you need to reset the password to open the file as Admin.

Then click the Non-admin option and then continue:

Hi,

Thank You for all your replies and inputs.

Here my query is, generally in which scenarios these popups will come and if I continue with any of the selection and move is there any loss of company data? in the popup heading it is showing "set up your intuit account"

Previously we are able to access these company files without any issues.

Thanks,

Sateesh

There is no loss of data when you don't log in.
