Call back is Closed
But Call Us is not closed. So I click it and it gives me a number and then I call and it prompts me to go through a tree and after a bit, it says they are closed and open during normal business hours.
Can someone tell me why?
I am going to post tons of questions in the hopes QB pays attention since they have really low service standards for their product QB online.

Hi, the issue is the Chat is shown as closed, the Call back is shown as closed, the Call Support is not shown as closed even though it is closed and as you confirmed

I tried last night and today and it does not show these times.
So I called, please refer to the screenshot from the initial post.
It shows that the Call Support is active.
So I called.
Then it asked how it could help me
and then told me support was called.
If the above info was shown then I or others would not be chasing a support line that is not open.
It's a small issue but I can't be the only one.
I suggest they grey it out during nonworking hours and or put that a bot will answer during nonworking hours, and can only answer some questions. And instead of giving us a code to refer to with support and the phone number, have that greyed out.
