We upgraded to QB Premier 2020 one year ago. We use an online server, Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard.
This week for the 2nd user QB has been shutting down with no warning. For me every time I got to Vendors and then "Pay Sales Tax" I get the message below and QB's shuts down.
QuickBooks has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I have done every thing possible to fix this. I have ran every thing in QB's tool hub. Rebooted the server, uninstall and reinstall QB's, changed the QBWUSER.ini name etc. and it is still doing this.
Please help!

Just has a customer with this same problem. Try changing the user and password and see if that works. It did for us.
I have it happen for several company files. I might the password change. It is so ridiculous. I never had an issue until the 2022 install.
