A user had to update his OS to prepare for the possibility to move to a new device but upon updating quickbooks 2015 desktop is no longer opening. I can't seem to find any useful information regarding this, or a fix. Any information would be great. He just updated to Big Sur. I haven't had him update further. Any help is appreciated.

Utilize the trial version of any supported version (2019-2022) for the time being until he purchased a new license for the new machine. He can use each trial version and will run his QBD for up to 4 months. More than enough to let him buy and install a new machine without rushing.
