Quickbooks POS v.19

Can anyone from Intuit/Quickbooks tell me if there is a definitive plan to modify Quickbooks POS v.19 so that it is compatible with windows 11?

Quickbooks POS v.19

Myself, as well as many of my customers, are having no issues running QuickBooks POS v19 on Windows 11.

Quickbooks POS v.19

I'm here to share which operating system QuickBooks Desktop POS is compatible with, TNTuck.

As of now, QuickBooks Desktop POS 2019 works with Windows 10. To run the program without any issues, I'd recommend using the said system.

You can also send a feature request directly to our Product Development team to have the program works on Windows 11. This improves your experience and the features of the program.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and then select Send Feedback Online.
  2. Choose Product Suggestion.
  3. Add the type of feedback.
  4. Type in your feature suggestion.
  5. Once done, click Send Feedback.

Additionally, we’ve collated resources to help our customers perform any POS tasks easily. I encourage checking out this article to be guided with the process: QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) FAQ.

I appreciate your patience while we’re working through this. Don’t hesitate to visit us again if you need help with QuickBooks. I’ll be around to assist you further.

Really, you are suggesting I send a feature request to your developers to let them know that Microsoft is now pushing Windows 11 and all computer manufacturers are building their machines with Windows 11 NOT Windows 10.  Lovely

Pardon, I don't understand your comment.

It's all a moot point since they are abandoning QBPOS as of October 2023.
