If you’re referring to QuickBooks Online Simple Start, then yes. You can move your data to your new QuickBooks Online account.
Here are the steps to do it:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Simple Start version.
- Select the Gear icon, then click Export data.
- Select your reports and lists, and filter the date period.
- Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
- Press Export to Excel.

Once the process is completed, you can now import the files to your other QuickBooks Online account. I’m glad to show you the steps.
- From the other account, click the Gear icon.
- Choose Import data.
- Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
- Click Browse.
- Select the Next button until finished.
