What is going on today? QB Full Service Payroll phone line says they are closed - "please call back during normal business hours 6 am to 6 pm PST". Hello, it is 10 am Monday PST - that IS normal business hours. QB chat is excruciatingly slow (is the technician playing a game or watching a movie?).
We don't want you to feel empty-handed, @valprice1. And I'm here to ensure you can speak with one of our support agents to assist you with your concern.
The possible reason why you're prompt to call back during normal business hours is due to the long wait time to connect with the support. We want to make sure that we provide solutions to your concerns at the most moderate time.
For now, I recommend contacting our Full-service payroll support again. This way, they can provide further assistance with your concerns. Here's how:

Done all of your steps above and now I guess I wait. I’ve been waiting since 11:00 last night when I discovered my account was hacked and thousands of dollars stolen!! I have been trying to figure out how to stop these payments but there is literally no way possible on this ridiculous set up. Extremely disappointed in this!! There should always be an alert or security available and not ‘when we open’ messages. Very disappointed and I pray this is resolved. I can not, like any other human I know, afford to lose this money to some Egypt airlines or whatever the heck it is. Get better security!! Y’all charged foreign processing fees!?!? Call me before you do this!!!!
I understand your frustration, Reva01.
I know how it feels when you lose some money for the things you didn't know. I'm here to help verify where the charge came from.
Let's go your Billing & Subscription tab to know the description of the charge. Here's how:
I'd also suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team. An agent can take a look at your account and explain the charge.

Intuit;
A simple message of what your normal business hours posted would be the professional thing to do.
Why Intuit insist on annoying their customers with poor service at even the most basic information is beyond me? To take my valuable time to navigate your poor customer service with no information
is a disrespect. Get you act together please.

I can't select either Chat or Phone!!!!!
I tried the "send a text from the expert files" option I received from your automated service since it is impossible to get real help when I called the number above. The answer was VERY helpful, "No Results Found."!
