Quickbooks Support is a joke! I am SUPPOSED to have Priority Circle Support, and I can't get ANYONE to talk to me live about my account. I have tried CHAT and I just get rerouted. I have called my priority circle support number multiple times, and after 20 minutes or longer each time, I just get hung up on! With all the random changes and new charges quickbooks keeps instituting and lack of support, I am going to start looking for other options! This is nuts considering the amount of $$ we pay to Quickbooks across multiple companies...
I'm sorry to hear your frustration. Consider using the Find a proadvisor service. You'll have to pay for the help you need however there are some good QBO experts on there. Good luck.
Thanks but I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for support for a product I am already paying a LOT of money for.

Which number did you call?
Can someone even explain what benefits Priority Circle provides? I'm paying $140 a month for more of the same.
When I call Priority Circle Support and find out that the person offering support has to engage in a chat with the actual technicians and engineers because they themselves were set up for failure, it makes me wonder why I'm paying $140 a month.
Priority Circle should provide us with access to the actual technicians and engineers. I'm tired of people at Intuit hiding behind the curtain while leaving front line workers who aren't properly equipped to deal with the fall out. Step up and support your product, or stop gouging people.

As I know the Priority Circle is part of QB Desktop Enterprise and QB Online Advanced. You don't need to pay any add-ons. Or do you mean Live Assisted Bookkeeping?
