Quickbooks tech support sucks!!!

quickbooks tech support sucks!!! i called 4 times and each time they can't answer my question and then disconnect me. I'm getting nowhere with them. QB must provide phone number or email so we can contact a manager without having to go through the portal

Hi, @yatpui. I hear your sentiments. 

 

I understand the impact of any delay in fixing your issue. That being said, let me walk you through scheduling a callback through the Help icon and request for a manager to call you.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option.

  5. Select Get help from a human.

Take note, we've made modifications to our operating hours. You can request a callback from one of our representatives or use our live messaging option from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Saturdays. i know how to call you, the problem is that no one can anwer my question and your team disconnnects my calls and does not call me back!

 

Please have a manager call me once and for all to fix this problem!  Call the number on record.

i have used your procedure to get call back, but each time you guys call me, you spend 10 minutes to ask me the same question and i have to repeat myself over and over, and when i do tell you the problem, you ask me to hang up and request another call back.  THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS AND SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!

 

PLEASE PLEASE JUST HAVE A MANAGER CALL ME TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED ONCE AND FOR ALL.

As much as I'd like to look into your case and provide you with an update, this must be done in a private and safe setting. To obtain this information, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team.

 

You can do it by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
